At Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital, you are family. As such, we are continuously working to improve and update our policies to ensure we are providing proper care of your pet(s), as well as the safety of our staff.
We ask that you review our policies to ensure there are no surprises at your next visit!

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy
Any form of abuse, verbal or physical, towards our staff, our clients, or pets WILL result in removal from our premises. This includes termination of any further relationship with our hospital.
Cameras are present for the safety of everyone.
Deposit
A deposit is required at the time of booking a surgical appointment of $100. It is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment. This deposit does get applied towards the bill at the time of check out if you wish.
Rabies Vaccination Required
We are requiring all patients to have a current rabies vaccination on file. If this was given by another clinic, we do require that you provide proof of vaccination.
We reserve the right to decline service if your pet's rabies vaccination is not up to date.
Annual Exam Required
Like any medical office, we require annual exams in order to be able to treat your pet(s) and fill their medication throughout the year. We will be unable to provide medication, medical advice, or tech appointments without a yearly exam.
Recent Bloodwork for Medication Refills
We require recent bloodwork for most medication refills
Timeframes on bloodwork vary based on the disease process for your pet(s).
